High Fructose Corn Syrup. It’s everywhere, in all the things I love, for seemingly no reason. Take yogurt for example. What do you think is in blueberry yogurt? I thought… blueberries, milk, and cultures. Nope….

For your convenience, I have made all the ingredients which were not necessary to make blueberry yogurt bold.
